P/S 815 is designed for application over uncured polysulfide sealants to produce a tack free condition. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material significantly reduces the risk of foreign objects and debris (FOD) from adhering to the sealant's surface during cure cycle.
P/S 815 is a one part, ethyl alcohol coating. The material is a low viscosity liquid suitable for applications by aerosol spray.
