The Semco® Coaxial Cartridge has two sections of the cartridge and both have their own molded pistons. As both pistons are pushed forward by a dual shaft connected to a single-drive cylinder, the two components are pushed together to mix and react through a static mix nozzle. A control valve located at the outlet of the cartridge provides positive on/off flow control before mixing, preventing cross-contamination and wasted material. A divider plate protrudes from the cartridge nose to keep components separate until they reach the nozzle outlet.
